With more guests arriving, the energy at the hotel begins to hum. Our team welcomes your loved ones with check-in to the reserved guest room blocks, where personal touches await in every suite.
For light bites and handcrafted coffee, stop into Acorn Provisions, our on-site café and market—perfect for mid-day nibbles or a casual gathering spot throughout the weekend.
As evening falls, all guests are invited to the Welcome Party, hosted right here at the hotel. Expect breezy cocktails, glowing candlelight, and the first of many heartfelt hellos.
The Wedding Day
Begin the day in the tranquility of the Bridal Suite—a beautifully appointed, light-filled space designed for calm preparations and meaningful moments with your wedding party.
Later, guests gather in the Academy Gardens for a ceremony framed by lush greenery and timeless architecture.
As vows are exchanged and the celebration begins, we transition into the Academy Ballroom for the reception. This evening promises joyful toasts, inspired dining, and dancing into the night—all surrounded by the elegance and warmth that define Visitation.
Farewell Brunch
Before we part ways, we invite all guests to a Farewell Brunch at Wye Oak Tavern. Enjoy a thoughtful spread of house-made pastries, fresh fare, and strong coffee—served with one last round of hugs and gratitude.
