On Saturday, June 28, 2025, Downtown Frederick transforms into a hub of color, music, and celebration as Frederick Pride marks its 12th year. From 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Carroll Creek Linear Park will be alive with performances, food, vendors, and an energy of excitement in the air.
Pride-goers can look forward to a packed schedule of entertainment, including dynamic drag performances featuring a special RuPaul performer, a diverse lineup of musical guests, and top-tier local DJs keeping the energy high throughout the day. The festival’s dedicated beverage garden will showcase an assortment of local craft beers, wines, and specialty cocktails, offering something for every taste. Food trucks from some of Frederick’s best eateries will line the festival, making it easy to grab a bite without stopping celebrations.
For families, the children and youth area provides all-day activities, including a sensory-friendly zone, arts and crafts, and the always-popular Drag Queen Story Time with Stormy Skye. Those looking to commemorate the occasion can explore the Frederick Center’s Pride Shop, stocked with flags, unique artisan goods, and handcrafted items to help you commemorate this fun-filled occasion.
The festival also features over 200 vendor booths, highlighting local businesses, nonprofits, and advocacy organizations. From handmade goods to valuable resources, these booths create a space where attendees can connect, learn, and support LGBTQ+ initiatives year-round.
